can someone help me unlock my bios which i can change or lock Pcie gen to 2.0? i have an eGU set up but the performance is very bad because it always sets to gen 3.0 and it wont go down to gen 2.0 because my bios isnt unlocked

Please use this tool to dump bios and attach it(run dump.bat as administrator) , it should can unlock some options in bios.
