I just want to remove the power limit of my laptop because i think my laptop was only limited to 150 watts in overall package power and throttle my CPU to 25 watts when both GPU and CPU was under heavy load. When the GPU was not running i was able to hit 60 watts on my CPU ( i7 9750h 4ghz stable 71c highest temp )

PS: i ordered a higher 230w PSU Charger on my laptop since im using a 150 watts charger atm idk if this will fix the issues or not but i still want to unlocked my bios if the new charger dont work
