I have Gigabyte ga ep45t-ud3p rev 1.0 with bios f8j and intel q9550 c1, what do you recomend me about bios or cpu or any other upgrade? any info/ what do you think about f8j ( whats the difrence between oficiall f8c and mine f8j- which one is better? ) ?? thank you! !
