I have a Foxconn Q45M motherboard that was working with a pentium dual-core e5300 and now i've changed to a Xeon x3363, i've done all the physical mods and the cpu is working but i need to update the microcodes on the bios to use all the cpu extensions and features, when i tried to use mmtool and open the bios file it appears the loading error 100003h, can anyone help me on this situation?

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
