It seems that you made some changes with amibcp ,right?
Some questions in below:
1.After flashing mod bios ,does it boot normal again??
2.Any changes with your mod bios in bios??
yes i made some changes and flashed normal
it boots but i dont see any changes therefore i Requested here for unlock.
for flashing i had tu use fptw64

You can find option "CFG Lock' in bios path Advanced > CPU - Power Management Control > View/Configure CPU Lock Options.

I was so happy to see this mod. Downloaded, flashed. All went well with fptw64 and I got only success messages. When trying to start it, it won't. Not even changing power light colors from orange to blue. Do you got any idea?

No any ideas ,that mod bios was modified based on user "Surfer420'' provided dump bios.
So ,it mean that dump bios is exclusive for his machine ,you should not flash that mod .
If you wanna get mod you should provide a dump bios to let poeple edit ,not flashing uncertain bios for your machine.
