Look at what version i used of mmtool.

That is why I am going to look for a download of mmtool 3.26, because i saw you using that version. But right now i first need to take a breather...
Btw i edited my last post with a full screenshot you can see the path/deleted the older microcode.

Maybe stupid question/remark but the only difference i see is that you haven't named the bios .rom but kept the old .1g2. When I do this mmtool wont open the bios (error). Now i suppose this wont change the result yet its the only thing that i see different. well these screenshots only make it stranger (at least to me)...

THANKS a lot man, may I ask what did you change?
For anyone else trying this I was able to get the microcode into the bios yet it did not solve the uncore bug. furthermore the fact that any big changes in the bios overclocking and some other features would result in blue screens with failed to access drives. So i wouldn't recommand anyone with a msi bios to try this.
