Try to rename Intel ME System Tools v6 IBX r2 to Tools, go to C:\Tools\FWUpdate\Windows and run in command line with administrative rights:
FWUpdLcl me.bin
Try to rename me.bin to 1.bin and run:
FWUpdLcl 1.bin
Or move FWUpdLcl.exe and me.bin to C:\ and run
FWUpdLcl me.bin
nothing, returns the same result instantly
It's rather strange...
Try it in native DOS (e.g, by
Rufus) with DOS-version of
FWUpdLcl.exe
Try to download other version of FWUpdLcl.exe from
this exe-file (unpack it with
WinRAR).
