Hi, I have been searching and reading sections after finding this forum and reading so many materials in the past two weeks and would greatly appreciate your help

My Lenovo 730S-13IWL 81JB0007US does not boot after updating bios (8hcn36ww) through Lenovo Vantage, nor access Recovery Environment. Lenovo refused to provide help except pointing to the listed bios on the server where only .exe is available. With the the instructions in many posts, I was able to get the original version of bios in .exe and locate the .cap file as well as the WinFlash64.exe inside. That's also when I was able to identify the Phoenix UEFI. Not sure if I am right, but I think that I could use a bootable usb to run efi, but culd not figure out a way to flash the .cap file in the environment.

Here is the link to the original version of bios: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn26ww.exe

I also put all extracted files including .cap and WinFlash64.exe here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AgOgDHeVWWqsuWpCD0p3...3?e=sg7GVH

Any help or direction is greatly appreciate!
