Hi everyone! I have a laptop Hp G61-440EL, bios version F.23 here is the link http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51501-52000/sp51527.exe

I have searched these forums and have flashed this bios ... with this ona and works great with T9600 intel CPU

The main reason I need a new bios is that i would change my CPU with a new one QX9300

If someone could patch the Camiloml mod bios or the original Bios, or give me an hand to patch it by myself i would be grateful.

A few motherboards with Socket P can boot quad cores CPUs. It's hardware incompatibility.
But you can try the motherboard's mod for quad core CPU supporting.
BTW: current BIOS already has suitable microcode for QX9300

Hy Deathbringer, thanks a lot for your reply and availability, I had already read that article, but I think the motherboards are different, I had already made the change to the CPU pins, and also my motherboard, compared to thinkpad T61 already goes to 1066 mhz of fsb without any hardware modification with the T9600 Cpu, the only thing that comes to mind could be a possible modification to the memory timing, which at the moment I would not know how to change the bios settings to force it to work at 533 mhz and cl6.
