Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey guys,

i want to increase the power limit of my 8250u. But when i increase the powerlimit in ThrottleStop it doesent work. I read some Lenovo Notebooks have locked the Power Limit in the bios. I dont see any options in the bios to change that. Is it possible to change the power limit with a modded version?
My bios version: 4QCN51WW(V2.15) 11/19/2019
