Hello,
I need help about my HP laptop. One day my laptop stopped working. When i was pressing the power button nothing happended, so I think it was a bios corruption. Five months later, I tried to reflash the bios chip to fix this issue and I made it. I downloaded 1 file from HP website call sp88925.exe. After that I tried to launch the program on my second laptop to extract the bios files, but a minute later I found out that this program had 4 different .bin files, so I tried them all and I successfully fixed my laptop to boot up. But my laptop has so many problems.
Some of these problems are:
1. Computer fan spins but only at startup not all the time.
2. Power button does not shutdown my laptop, when I press it, my screen goes black.
3. Missing: Serial Number, Product Key, Product Name, PCID and other things.
4. I can not install graphics drivers.
Please someone help me!
