UPDATE: This is actually a New-Style Phoenix BIOS. Not sure why I thought otherwise when I looked at it last month...
It appears that there is already an INTEL Menu in your BIOS Setup Utility that contains a Dynamic FSB setting (under INTEL>CPU Control Sub-Menu>). Can you see these menus and this setting? If not, it might be hidden by a function that I can nop (negate).
I am not sure what "MULTI" refers to. Could you elaborate more on the nature or name of the setting(s) you are looking for with this term?
There is an unlockable "UEFI Boot Menu" setting, so I can add that to your BIOS Setup Utility.
