Hello egal,
Thank you for confirming the results of the BIOS flash. I am moving this thread to the confirmed unlocked forum.
I am unsure why Securable continues to show that Hardware Virtualization is "locked off". However, I get the same result with Securable ("locked off") on my laptop. I know for certain my laptop has Hardware Virtualization enabled and is making use of it. I've had this issue with Securable on more than one computer.
Try checking the Performance tab under Task Manager. In the attached screenshot, you can see how next to "Virtualization:" it says "Enabled". This means that the CPU supports virtualization and it is enabled in the BIOS.

Hello! After update this parameter, Securable shows "unlocked". And one more question: can I use more RAM with this BIOS?

Hello egal,
Awesome that it shows now!
This BIOS mod does not enable the use of more RAM. I am not experienced with memory remapping in the BIOS and usually it is the chipset/motherboard/CPU that applies the RAM limit anyways.
