Hello friends. I need a help.
I have a laptop: HP Pavilion dv6000 and I want to upgrade CPU to Intel Core 2 Duo T9900 (SLGEE) 3.06GHz 6M 1066.
My laptop has socket 479, chipset 945GM, BIOS version F.2E and 4096MB total memory.
Can someone help me modifying the BIOS to support the CPU Intel T9900 SLGEE?

Thanks for your help!
Your laptop has Socket M, but T9900 has Socket P. These sockets are incompatible.
T7200, T7400 and T7600 are recommended to upgrade this laptop.
CPU Intel T9900 SLGEE fits in my laptop socket but my laptop cannot power on when pressing the power button.
Are there anyway to adjust the T9900’s bus to 667?
Look at pins of you current and new CPUs. Find the difference.
Does anyone know where I can purchase the Intel T7600G SL9U5 CPU? (In United States, Canada, China, Asia, Australia, Europe…) Tell me, please. Thanks!
