its old non uefi ami bios
but i had no luck, my cpu runs fine but if i update the microcode for the current microcodes that is in the bios
since there are newer codes out there..

Do Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.
Make a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0
here is a screenshot, regedit in swedish Tongue
Current BIOS has suitable microcode with 0x0600081C version, but Windows update it to 0x06000852 version.
So you don't need to update microcode in BIOS.
okey thats ok i did not know that, what about other oses? like linux or hackintosh will they update also?

i mean if its not worth it what ever os i will be using on the machine..
Other OS have the module for update microcode too.
