Hello all,
I've got a Lenovo z560 laptop with a Core i3 M380 cpu.... Intel says the CPU supports VT-x virtualization; however the bios does not provide this option,  Is this a deficiency in the bios that can be modifyed or flash another bios to get the CPU functions I desire?

Do Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.
Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with i3-380M.
Apprec to the response... However, loading defaults would only be relevant IF the option was there, there is not a config to defualt to..

Also, CPU-z is a Windoze tool, I have not touched a Windoze computer in a decade and then it was only to wipe and install Linux.
No screenshots - no help.
Welp, if you require popup books, maybe tuck you in at night and a pat on the head..... Are you truly a person that can provide help?? I've given you the CPU id, clipped the the stats from intels website.... Purdy straight forward inquiry, the bios is not allowing functions/features the CPU supports....
