Hi , I need help to unlock Dell Optiplex 990 tower has lock screen on bootup.
Can not use F2 , F10 , F11 to go to bios or to change boot option.
Screen shows massage as bellow>>

No password has been set for bios or Intel Anti-theft or hard drive encryption.
No McAfee or any product related is installed.
I tried password > 1234> 123456>12345678 as per forums from google search.
I tried to reset bios by jumper no effect.

My question is any one has any solution for this.
Its look like Virus or some type of hack as all system is official bought from dell website..

Can you make current BIOS by hardware programmer?

I tried every thing available in that link . Doesn't work!!!
System was bought from dell.com and warranty is expired 
Bios I can not go in with F2 key but i did reset with removing battery for while. 
>>No Change came back to same screen
Make current BIOS dump by a hardware programmer.
Any step by step instruction ??
You need to find it by yourself.

This password stored in Host Embedded Controller, not in BIOS.

Is there anyway to reset ?? or replace chip with working one ??
Just return this laptop to owner.
