Post a screenshot with Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with your Xeon processor.
BIOS detects the processor, and asks to update the BIOS, but the last update is worth it. I press f2, then the Windows loading should go, but it does not start, it hangs.

Press F1 to enter in BIOS and make a photo of the screen with CPU information.
Then do Load Setup Defaults, save and reboot.
Any changes?
Install your Xeon.
Do
Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.
Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by
Rufus), download and unzip all files for
the modded version of CHECKUP7 to this DOS USB-stick.
Boot from this DOS USB-stick and make a photo of the screen with results.
