Hi! I was hoping someone could help me get my i5 3330 running in my intel dq67ow board.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but it seems the socket is universal (I've seated the CPU to check) also the socket says "LGA 115x" and the chipset has support. Forgive me if I'm using wrong terminology, it's been a while since I've been in the business.

I will attach a copy of the bios update file below, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This motherboard is based on Q67 chipset that doesn't support CPUs with Ivy Bridge core.
