Have subj nootbook on Pentium T2390 processor.

Buyed for upgrade Core 2 Duo T7500 (S-Spec number SLAF8 Stepping G0 CPU ID 06FB) and..... black screen and shutdown

Please mod bios to support this processor.

Current BIOS has support for your T7500.
Try this algorithm:
1) remove AC jack, Main Battery, and CMOS Battery
2) remove HDD and all DIMMs
3) install new CPU
4) wait 10 mins
5) press and hold power button for 30 sec.
6) install CMOS Battery and one DIMM only, inject AC jack (without Main Battery!)
7) try to boot your laptop.
P.S. Did you checked your new CPU in other laptop?

No, you need to flash modded verision of BIOS for these CPU.

how much ram will the modified bios suport?

My mod doesn't change maximum of memory. It's 3 GB only: 1 GB in first slot and 2 GB in second slot.

I want to upgrade my Asus X51L with CPU T2370 to P8700 it's possible? Or could someone make/post me custom bios that supports it please?
