chipset rs690~rs690m and i need update microcode agesa to latest for cpu support and advance menu option please

1. Download AMI Flash Utilities
2. Extract afudos.exe from amiflash\AMIBIOS\AFUDOS\
3. Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus) and copy afudos.exe to it.
4. Boot from this DOS USB-stick and run:
afudos BIOS.ROM /o
5. Make a photo of results.
6. Zip and attach result's file - BIOS.ROM
