You can use custom OS loader. Or patch MBR or boot sector.
custom bootloader for Windows? Even linux grub gives control to windows loader to boot it.
I dual booted to debian, and /proc/cpuinfo also shows 598mhz.
Does it mean debian also can't determine and load microcode to recognize cpu correctly?
Maybe you have an example of custom loader?
