Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello! My friend asked me to find a help.
He have an MS 7211 v 4.1 motherboard
And he try to make that motherboard can make love with E5800
But sadly PC wont start up.
He said that maybe there is a way to edit bios.
He doesnt know English. So he asked me to look for info.
I started to looking for it in internet. And found this website.
So I asking. Is it possible to make MS 7211 v 4.1 to work with E5800 processor.
Bios can be found on MSI website i think.
And microcode. I found on Linux this thing.

This motherboard doesn't support CPU with Conroe core because of old VRM10.

And how about Xeon 5030 or Xeon 5050?

I think they can't run too.
