Hello everyone
I need your help
my bios updated to the latest version through Lenovo Vantage app and it was flashing the new version and rebootet it flashed again and then when rebotet for the second time and it bricked by itself
the laptop doesnt turn on anymore just the power button,capslock,esc,numlock keys are lighting up and nothing more
i tried to do crisis recovery with the bios but i couldnt get it to work
i tried to change the filename extension to .bin .fd .wph whatever i have seen through the forums but nothing worked
this is a .cap file
BIOS.cap and the size is about 17 mb
for 3 days I am trying to revive my laptop please help me

the laptop is AMD system
