Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I purchased a Surface go 2 as faulty from cash converters, Luckily it booted and installed windows from external DVD-Rom.  Anyways i cant change anything in the Bios as it requires a Password?  Which i dont have.

Is there a way to clear or reset it or should i just return it as they didnt mention a Bios password when i messaged them about the fault, i was told just requires windows installing.
