Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

hey new to the site, i have an older dell optiplex 780 usff with a09 bios installed. on dells website they have an update to a15. wondering if there is a unlock bios for this computer to make cpu changes. i found a file on here for a modded A09 BIOS but not sure if its compatable. any help or information would be great.
