could be the retail equivalent of your oem board (after all , Foxconn manufacturer the board for HP, they have probably based it off one of their retail boards)
If you really want to take the risk (and be prepared for the worst as this is extremely risky) you can go ahead and download the latest bios for the retail Foxconn board linked above and give it a try. AS with the HP Nettle2 / Nettle3 we successfully found a retail bios from Abit which offered greater CPU support , unlocked lots of options and lots more which worked just fine on the HP OEM Board.
however , you do this at your own risk!
