I have an HP ProOne 400 G4 23.8-inch Non-Touch All-in-One Business PC. Serial Number: 8CG91807L7

It mounts a Core i7 8700, with an Intel Q370 Chipset.

According to Intel specifications, the Q370 Chipset supports 8th and 9th generation processors.

I tried a Core i7 9700 processor, but the computer beeps.

According to the HP forum, the BIOS does not include the microcodes for Intel's 9th generation processors, even though the Hardware is fully compatible.

This is the product page:

Is it possible to add these microcodes to the HP BIOS?

I hope your help
Post a screenshot of Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.
Tell sSpec of your i7-9700 or make a good photo.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.

When I install the Core i7 9700, it does not start, it does not display an image.
The computer has a beep, beep sound.

The BIOS provided by HP does not include the microcode of the i7 9700, I would like to know how to add that particular microcode in the BIOS.

Greetings
