Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello all!

Forgive me if its the wrong category to post this in here.

Please help me out as I couldn't find any reliable information on the matter. 
I want to upgrade the stock i5 9500 CPU to a i9 9900K in the Dell optiplex 5070 SFF.
I've ordered the processor already however I am now concerned if the Optiplex will accept it although its a Q370 Chipset and should support 9th generation intel.

In userbenchmark website I've seen systems who have 9700K and 9900K in the Optiplex 5070 SFF but dont know if that means anything.

2 things worry me mainly:

1.  Will the Optiplex Boot
   
2.  Because its a 95 TDP CPU will there be any issues or best case it can run as a 65 TDP CPU?
   

Any help is greatly appreciated, and sorry of this is the wrong place to post this.

Post a screenshot of Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.
