Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

hello everyone!
i have an old laptop ...compaq CQ61 475SQ...with an intel t4400 dulal core inside and 2x2gb ddr2
i have recently updated the bios to F.23 and i bought an intel T9600 cpu for upgrade
everything went ok but the laptop restarts after about 2..3 minutes with a blue screen and the message "whea uncorrectable error"
the t4400 had 800 mhz fsb bus and the t9600 has 1066mhz
is there a way for me to get it to work properly? (in the specs it say the mobo suports 1066)

This motherboard supports FSB=1066 MHz. So it's not BIOS support problem.
Do Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.

I already did that....the laptop keeps restarting and I get this error

the system keeps crashing, ntfs.sys, battery error 601, and so on. can it be from the cpu?
is there other bios mods that unlocks more advanced features ?
