Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey there, I'm trying to modify ME with a new ICC profile. All I'm doing is adding a Overclocking ICC profile. No other settings being changed. However If I build a new .bin file with FITC and flash that Bin or just Flash the ME region it always results in a hard brick and I have to bring it back with an external programmer. I compared My bios dump vs opening the bios in FITC making no changes and building it. Tons of hex values change between them.

If someone could give me a proper run down on using FITC as I can only find limited info on it. I can also provide a dump file and mod file to be looked over.
