Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi,

I'm a bit of a noob, but I am trying to get this bios updated to 2.1.

Could someone please help me and advise me what I need to give you guys to get started?

Sorry for my lack of knowledge, I've got an HP laptop that I needed to set up XP on and I've now been told they don't support XP on it and have been advised to go the other way...

please post a link to the latest bios for this machine and we can mod it for SLIC 2.1
