Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have an ASus A8N Sli deluxe, and I'v just put a dual core 4200+ athlon in there, and it's only seeing one core. So I figure I need to update my BIOS - but I have no idea how to get the updaters working.

I'm running Windows 7, which it doesn't seem to like for various reasons - can someone point me to an updater that will work with Windows 7, and with the 5 year old ROM I'm flashing it with?
