We cannot do Intel SLIC mods for you , you have to do it yourself and theres currently only one method which works on some models but not on others

So , no guarantees!

Unfortunately that tool does not work on the D850GB,

I read that elsewhere that "Some .BIO files contain AMI bios. The ITK bios are EFI and this is true for them..No mods for ITK"

Implying that some Intel BIOS files can be modded via AMI methods?

How can you tell if the Intel BIOS is a .BIO or ITK? Unpacking the installer / image results in a lot of files one of which is a .BIO file
ive lost this tool Tongue

Also it looks as though the files split as the .BIO is only 65kb - il look at the alternative bios downloads and get hold of the correct tool again

I have not tried this tool myself, but it convert from Intel .bio format to something AmiTool can understand.

^ That works if it can find an AMI String, meaning that an AMI Bios is packed inside the .BIO File.
unfortunately the tool doesnt support multi bios files like .bio , .bi1 ,, .bi2 etc which is what this bios is Sad

"Apparently I can take the Intel BIOS file fragments and merge them into a single file by using the COPY command with the /b (binary) switch like this (assume just for example that the original bios is fragmented into three files:

Code:
COPY /B <filename1> + <filnename2> + <filename3> <destination.file>
"

I have a complete(?) bios converted to AMI format here. It opens in AMITool 1.61, but I have problems with extracting module02 - maybe it isn't there. Hopefully someone with a bit more experience can have a look at it....
