Sorry, since I don't have that MB there really is no way for me to know what utility will properly update that RSDT.
This is what one user that successfully Flashed a P5E3 Mod stated on a different Forum:
"Sloution Found:
The solution is to use afudos utility with /pbnc /n options. Also the bios has to be flashed twice: first the original bios and then the moded bios of the same version.

Hope this is usefull. "

So it looks like you have to flash like this with the Unmodified and the Modified Bios with Afudos 2.x:
Afudos /ixxxx.rom /pbnc /n
Thanks for trying to help, but I have read and tried the tip from two other forums. None of them works for me here. Last ver of Aflash2 is 3.12, but it is not even able to read out the flash type info. (I think ezflash reported Winbond 25x80 or something.) The last two days I have been looking at some Phoenix and Award bioses and this was a piece of cake to implement slic 2.1 in, but I am giving up for now on this one.
Success! It has to be flashed with Afudos V2.36ES - NOT V2.36 (without the letters) I found this version on the KodaKeyWink
