Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I am new on these forums so Hi. I have been trying to enable Overclocking Options in my BIOS with little success. I get the basic idea of how to make a bios boot cd and execute program and so on. But I am not able to find any way of flashing my bios with OC options enabled. I know my bios is ami and I know that it is R01-B4. I have attatched my BIOS.

Any help on how to enable Overclocking Options would be appreciated thanks.
