Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I'm new to this forum, sorry if this is the wrong section.
I have a Hp envy 1188el laptop. What i would like to be able to do is bring my gpu to Ati stock clock, but that's not possible with the voltage i have (0.9v, stock is 1,0v)...is there anything I can do to enable this overvolt?
I have an Insyde bios, version F.1B . (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50501-51000/sp50943.exe)

Hi downclock,

Unfortunately because this is an Insyde BIOS there is still little known about the format of the Insyde BIOS, and unlocing and editing values at this time hasn't been studied enough.
