Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I was told earlier that this BIOS wasn't able to be decompressed with any existing tools but dumping it with the Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit would do it properly. I'd like to do it myself but I can't see to find the correct hex within the file or via memory viewing.
