Hi everyone, thanks for work. A warning message is now not shown. But little trouble left. When "incopitable" processor installed after REBOOT command PC don't passed POST and halted POST code 17 or another .  SHUTDOWN command work well. I try different BIOS settings - no changes. May be I missed something, or BIOS need some mods.
Sorry for my english.
Tell S-spec of your CPU. And post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z.
And try this:
◦Power off the system from the power button or the wall jack.
◦Disconnect the power cable from the wall jack and remove all the cables connected to the back of system tower including the power cable.
◦Press and hold the power button pressed for 30 seconds.
◦Connect the power cable, keyboard and monitor cable only.
◦Power on the system and see if it works.

Ok. Did you follow my advice? Did you try to remove motherboard's battery for 30 sec?
Clearing CMOS and battery removing does not produce results.
Did this problem occur with native BIOS?
This problem occur undo any versions of BIOS and all incopitable processors (PENTIUM D 8xx, 9xx)
I found three places in 0B_9.ROM module where value in port 8B8 is checked.
Code:
mov     dx, 8B8h
in      al, dx
and     al, 2
cmp     al, 2
jnz     XXXX
In first time I modified only one place. Now I modified all three places.
Please check new version of mod.
