Hello,
I have a Acer Aspire AX3810 E5300 @2.6Ghz
running BIOS P01-B1 - release date 11/12/2009

I can't seem to disable the onboard video so I can get my new PCI graphics card to work.

When I look at the bios under integrated peripherals the Onboard Graphics controller is enabled (and greyed out) so I can't even change it.

Even if I go into the Advance Chipset features and choose Primary Video PCIE and install my card, it wont work.

Please mod this for me if possible.
Thanks in advance.
Please post a link to the BIOS download. Chances are we can unlock the Onboard Graphics Controller option and set it default to disabled. That should help!

Hi jokerswild,

I have modified the BIOS so that it will only look to the PCI-E slot for a graphics card. Please be warned though that this means you won't be able to use the onboard from here on out as the primary device, but the onboard should kick in in the event a PCIE isn't present.
