I see that you have successfully modded the bios of an Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard into a SLIC 2.1 bios.

I have a similar BUT DIFFERENT BIOS motherboard, I have the Asus P8p67 (vanilla or plain) motherboard.

The bios has the same number (1204) as the Pro, but it is a DIFFERENT bios. So please use the linked bios and r/w.

It uses an UEFI BIOS based on AMI. An ASUS SLIC 2.1 is preferred of course.

I would rather try this route as loader bios' have been implicated in the problems with the P8P67 lockups from sleep mode.

I am running Windows 7 SP1 64 bit if it matters.

If you would be so kind I the bios 1204 and R/W are enclosed at:

I am new to this forum but would greatly appreciate it! Cool
Here's v1305 BIOS Mod which has already been confirmed to be Working:

Thank DMAN999!

I went ahead and tried the Asus P8P67 Pro bios that you linked and luckily it works on the Vanilla board no problems.
I used the Asus EZ flash bios utility which flashed no problems but did not install the xmrp certificate.
No problems though, I administrator command prompted insertion of the certificate and it went fine.

Thanks again and you DMANN!

(for manually inserting the xrm oem license):
1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was successfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.
That's actually the Newest Beta BIOS for the P8P67 (Standard, Vanilla or whatever you want to call it).
It just isn't on the main site yet.
I did it for someone else the other day and it is supposed to correct some of the issues of the 1204 BIOS.

Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks again everything is great.
Still get the sleep hangup issue so it must be the CPU PLL overvoltage option that unfortunately is necessary for higher overclocking but I can live with it.
