Run This:

If that BIOS has SLIC 2.1 then you can just install an OEM Key for Ultimate after you install it.

As it turned out,it has HPQoem slic 2.1....

That's what I figured, just install Win 7 Ultimate then install the HP OEM Ultimate Key (Google it).
