I have re-edit My post! Now it'all ok but i have a semi-freeze of pc! The dos string i locked @setting#1....etc!

I have increase to a smaller BCLK!from 133 to 135 :-( there is a freeze!
@140 no comment! Freeze and hard switch-off!!
I don't no why!!!!
If that is the case, definitely you need to do pinmod. I don't know any other alternative than pinmod.

BTW, can RW-Everything "read" Clock Generator on your notebook?

I'm sorry but I can not understand what you say in these post...
Download RW-Everything, run it & click "Clock Generator" icon. If it produced an error, then RW-Everything cannot "read" Clock Generator.

Now i'm not at home, i'm at work. When i return test with my nb. I have try with another notebook and i don't have see errors. I read "write from a1-d12...done!"

Whitch is the utility of this software?
I have run RW-Everything, click Clock Generator and i don't have any errors.
In this image there is the software i have click on Clock Generator and after to "Write".
OK, thanks. I just want to check that out.

Back to setpll, if your notebook crash, you will need to do pinmod. If not, not possible to overclock BCLK (Bus Speed). Just refer to that Russian forum.
Kizwan- Thanks for the modded BIOS! It's working great for me on the x8100. It irks me these options aren't available from the factory. I do have one request. Would it be possible to mod your .14 BIOS to recognize a 580m video card? I currently have one, but it shows up as "Unknown", even in the modded BIOS. Maybe video card "acceptance lists" are not even part of a BIOS, but I thought I'd ask.

Best Regards,

Jared

  • If you flashed BIOS with this modified BIOS image, please take pictures of the unlocked BIOS options & post it here. No need to take pictures of all unlocked options. Just two to three pictures only.
  • There are several unlocked options for overclocking. Please be careful with them. Probably for overclocking, you'll need combination of the modified BIOS with Intel XTU or ThrottleStop.
Unlocked options:-
Code:
Advanced -
|
- Advanced Chipset Control -
|
- CPU Control Sub-Menu
- Clarksfield MRC/QPI -
|
- Clsrksfield QPI Sub-Menu
- Clarksfield Memory Sub-Menu
- MCH Control Sub-Menu
- Video (Intel IGD) Control Sub-Menu
- PCH Control Sub-Menu
- ACPI Control Sub-Menu
- Thermal Configuration
- PCI HotPlug Resource Changed Sub-Menu
- AMT Sub-Menu
- "CPU VID Support:"
- " Flex Vid Override:"
- "Bus Speed Support:"
- " Bus Speed Override:"
- "Non-Turbo Flex Support:"
- " Flex Ratio Override:"
- "Memory Voltage Enable Support:"
- " Memory Voltage:"
Quote:NOTES: I have unlocked other menu as well. Please be careful with it. If your computer doesn't boot after changing something in the sub-menu, you will need to disconnect the CMOS/RTC battery to reset CMOS back to default. To do so, you will need to open your notebook casing.
Please make sure your notebook can recover corrupted BIOS with CRISIS disk before flashing BIOS with this modified BIOS image. I will not responsible for any problem. Good luck. Smile
Hi,

I don't know how Clevo created graphic card "whitelist" in the BIOS. Sorry. I'm just curious, does GTX580 working properly even though it is detected as "Unknown"?

BTW, modded BIOS based on .14 BIOS is available at post #16 (page 2). The unlocked menu/sub-menu/options are exactly similar to .13 modded BIOS though.
