I have an IBM T400 that has been locked out by a thumb print and supervisor password. Does anyone know how to wipe this out without putting in a new motherboard? IBM (Levono) won't help since I'm not the original owner.
I have removed the battery and bios battery... but nothing different happened. I have heard of a device you plug in it and will fix this but I haven't found it and I don't know if it really works or not.
