Hi
I need to know if i can find a modded version of the latest bios (1205) with the latest intel ICH10R rom. The problem is that i have 2 x 3TB hitachi and i want to run them at raid 1. This is not doable with intel ICH10R rom version 8x and 9x. So i need tha latest 10x version of intel's ICH10R rom. Asus just don't give i sh@t to my problem and tells me to contact with the reseller (!!!!).

Updated Intel Raid, Microcode, Ethernet, to latest available versions.
Added ASUS 2.1 SLIC. For Windows activation. Also I modded the rom version to reflect the updates to the bios.
It is now version 1206 un-official of course. but you will be the first to flash it my friend

thanx for the reply and the time that you spent for the bios!
yesterday i've tried to mod the 1205 bios with mmtool 3.22.
I replace the proper module (intel ich10r ID with 10.5.0.916) successfully and then flash it with afudos...but no go...
The ICH10-R menu doesn't appear anymore....then i've tried with rom 10.1.0.1008 and the results were the same
Anyway i'll try your modded 1206 bios and report back!

nope..its not working..now the ICH10R menu appears properly but the rom version is the latest of 1205 (asus) 8.5.....
I've really done all I can I used the latest raid rom I could find.
if you can find a newer one or a more compatable one then sure no problem.

no worries... i've desided to get rid of the hitachi's 3TB...
