Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi guys,

hp p6208f desktop with windows 7 64-bit

AMD Phenom Quad-Core 9850 (Agena) Cpu

I upgrade from a daul-core cpu too a quad core too support the cpu i had to flash the bios so when i flashed the bios the power shut off an when i rebooted the system it would not boot but would beep 1 short beep then 1 long beep repeat in a loop

the screen does not respond but the power supply fan turns on so does the cpu Fan an the case fan.

The Motherboard Oem Hp Mobo Pegatron M2N78-LA Violet-GL8E




where can i get the bios Rom File? I've Looked Everywhere

I Tried getting the rom file so i can try to fix the bios with a floppy disk
an Renaming the Rom File To Amiboot.rom i've heard from friend that may work?

A quick search of the forums would have resulted in this just fyi
this thread has the original bios and how to flash back to earlier version.
I suggest you follow it as hp does not like end users tampering with things in the bios. lol
