hi, firstly thanks for your time and effort. just a quick question, do i flash the 2 bin files to my bios also? i've only ever used ezflash 2 to update my board. can i use this or do i need a flash util?

Just rename the RAMPAGE-ASUS-EXTREME-1301_SLIC.ROM filr to 1301.ROM and you can use EZ-flash to Flash that.
Set the BIOS to it's default settings Before you flash though.
You don't need the two .bin files, they were used by the SLIC tool to make the mod.
hi, i flashed my bios and aida64 reports table is now slic 2.1, one small problem now is my nvidia graphics card won't load its drivers now coz the dsdt table now shows nvidia sli enabled but my chipset still shows as x48. it looks like you used the certs from an asus rampage extreme 2 x58 right?

I was install the SLIC2.1 BIOS on my rampage extreme and have now slic2.1 as sad to me aida64, but nvidia sli wasn't enabled
I have two same cards and hope that nvidia sli will enable...
