Hello,
I recently bought an MSI U270 netbook.
As I found out it uses new Aptio UEFI from AMI.
I checked the BIOS/EFI version and it said 1.0G and at the MSI page I saw 1.0H so I decided to update BIOS/EFI.
At first I tried from Windows but with no luck, so I decided to flash from DOS and after supposedly successful and verified by the flashing tool flash my netbook didn't boot again
It powers up, the fan is on, hdd, numlock and other one led is on but,, the screen is black and nothing happens.
What should I do now? Is there a special procedure to recover for AMI's Aptio UEFI? I tried the one for Insyde UEFI which I found here, but it didn't work.
Any help is appreciated.
