Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have a Lenovo Ideapad y550p that has Turbo Boost. I'm trying to control heat issues, so I want to disable it. Anyone know anything I can do to enable the option, or anywhere to look for help?

File in my folder, read my signature. This bios had plenty options, you'll no recognise it.
