Hello , i want to test it but can i ask you if there're no bugs if i change my bios to this one modified with AHCI ?
That's ok tested and approved Wink
OH THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!

I was banging my head against the wall trying to get OSX installer to recognize my drives. Very much appreciated.

Also, I see others asking for a RAID option tweak - it would be neat if it's possible. Any chances?

Thanks again.

One part of it contains all that is what you call "BIOS" - the menu options that are allowed to be changed. Then using a HEX editor I've inserted the existing but hidden menu in your menu tree and it "magically" appeared. This feature was there but wasn't in the tree so AMIBCP didn't see it. Then I've packed the module back and here it is Smile

Sounds simple but it needs some attentive hex looking.

Hello Antinomy!

Could you please make a step by step tutorial with the tools that you used, and the operations needed to add AHCI, Raid and DRAM command rate?! i would very much apreciatte it.

Sory for my bad english, it's just that I looked for so long to solve this problem in my country support forums and never find one solution!
Hi! I put the bios modification, and AHCI mode is active. But when I go to check TRIM, this is not active.
It 'true that the command "fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify" responds with "0", but the tool "Trim Express", which is much more accurate, says that the trim is not active!
How so?
No one can help me?
Hey, i downloaded the BIOS from here http://bios-mods.com/BIOS/AMI/ACHI%20mod...3_AHCI.zip and has successfully enable AHCI in bios and trim enable. However, the onboard LAN is not detected by windows. Anyone having the same problem?
What driver should I use for XP? ICH10 6 port or 4 port?
